Secret Supper Club
Twice a year, we shut down the catering kitchen and create a pop-up restaurant to indulge in our passion for new and experimental ideas and then try them on our diners! We work with the seasons and in spring you may expect to see dishes such as Spring Lamb with Nettle Shoots and in Autumn, Scallops with Girolles and Roasted Root Vegetables. These evenings, some formal, some not so formal, have become a much enjoyed part of our yearly calendar and we have a growing following from clients and new friends who also take it as an opportunity to get to know us and see what we do.
