Carte Blanche was established in 1985 to provide what we saw as a gap in the catering market – inspirational and bespoke menus, backed up by total reliability and a flair for presentation. Today we, still adhere to this ethos, driven by a passion for fresh ideas, a love of what we do and an eye for detail.
We work out of our specially designed professional kitchens in Hertfordshire, with a young and motivated team to provide the very best in catering and event design.
All our dishes are prepared from scratch, working with the seasons and sourcing the best ingredients as locally as possible. We make all our own bread, the pastry for every tiny canape and are constantly working on new ideas.
Food apart, we understand the importance of exceptional service and our well-trained team of staff are renowned for their smart appearance, charm and efficiency, not only at the event itself, but in those all-important planning days.
Many of the original clients who used Carte Blanche in the early days are still with us today!
